Knollwood Village in Pinehurst-Southern Pines, is a well established golf community. Knollwood Village is a mix of single level condominiums and first floor level townhomes. Units range in size from about 550 square feet for the one-bedroom condos to around 1,900 square feet for the three-bedroom/two-bath split plan condos. The homes were built in stages from the 1960’s through the ’80’s. Residents enjoy access to a par 35, 9-hole course, as well as a golf course across the street.
